SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to Spain and Portugal (peninsula only). However, to check possible deliveries to other locations, you can consult PetGround at the following email address: info@petground.es
Shipments will be made periodically Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each month (depending on the rains) and will receive it in less than 48h
Orders placed on Wednesdays after 11:00 a.m. and subsequent days will be delivered the following week. If the item is out of stock but expected to be back soon, we will inform you of this circumstance, and if you proceed with the purchase, the delivery date may vary accordingly.
If we are unable to deliver the product due to an incorrect address or because we cannot find anyone at the destination to accept the order, we will leave a note indicating that the delivery was unsuccessful and the contact information where the product can be collected or inquired about when it will be ready to be delivered if requested by the user.
If you cancel your order before it ships, we'll refund the amount to the card you used to pay.
REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
Being a Perishable product You can only cancel the order before it leaves our platform for delivery. If upon receipt it shows signs of poor condition, you must inform us in writing and send a photograph showing its poor condition to the following email address: info@petground.is. The product will be examined, and if there are signs of use, the return will not be processed. If it does arrive in poor condition, we will send a replacement.
En winter/summer periods The grass may have a yellowish color due to atmospheric conditions, This does not in any way diminish the quality of the grass, as the soil substrate retains all of its properties and maintains the same effect on the animal, which will continue to do its business on it throughout the four seasons of the year. Therefore, this color is completely normal and will not be a valid reason for return.
Since the grass is 100% natural and grown in the field, it is understandable that certain insects or bugs may appear due to its freshness. These elements are completely harmless to your pet, so they will not be a reason for return.
In case of your pet's discomfort directly linked to the grass (not applicable to vomiting caused by ingestion of the same since it is a common practice of animals to purge their stomach), The product and the expenses incurred by veterinarians will be reimbursed only in those cases where it is proven that the grass is the only cause of the animal's illness, that was previously infested and that there has been no misuse or negligence on the part of the user. In such a case, several similar situations must occur, since the grass is the same for all pets. Therefore, We are not responsible if your pet has any special allergies to our grass species that you have not considered.
