5. ECOMMERCE

5.1. CAPACITY

By placing an order online, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you are over 18 years of age.

 

5.2. CONTRACTUAL FORMALIZATION

The contract will be legally binding and will generate rights and obligations when:

  • Confirm the purchase of products
  • PetGround confirmed that we will sell the product to you.
  • We'll receive your payment and confirmation of the selected products, approximate delivery date, and your order ID.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell any product without providing you with the reason for our decision. However, you will receive a notification through our e-commerce communication channels informing you that we will not process your order.

 

5.3. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

If the product is out of stock but is expected to be replaced within 15 days, you will receive a notification informing you of this circumstance and being given the option to continue with the purchase.
In this case, failure to meet the established delivery deadlines will be considered an exceptional circumstance, and PetGround will not be liable for such delays. However, you can request information about the status of your order by emailing info@petground.es.
Regarding the prices of products and services, it is expected that these may change; however, orders already placed will not be affected by such changes.

 

6. PAYMENT

PetGround uses PayPal, to provide the most secure experience.
PayPal uses connection encryption during the transmission of banking data over the network, providing security before, during, and after the purchase.
If you purchase with PayPal and your item doesn't arrive, we'll refund your full purchase price. Buyer Protection covers purchases made with PayPal and also applies to payments made directly from our website.

If payment cannot be made, you will be notified of this circumstance, including security issues, suspected fraud, and other illegal conduct that may be detected or considered suspicious.

7. DELIVERY

We can deliver to the countries listed in the shipping address on the checkout page (Spain and mainland Portugal). However, to inquire about possible deliveries to other locations, please contact PetGround at the following email address: info@petground.es
When you receive your order confirmation, you will be informed of the approximate delivery date. Shipments will be made periodically on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays of each month (subject to possible rain that may prevent delivery of the turf). Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. will be delivered the following day within 24-48 hours. If the turf is not in stock but is expected to be available soon, we will inform you of this circumstance, and if you proceed with the purchase, the delivery date may vary accordingly.

If we are unable to deliver the product due to an incorrect address or because we cannot find anyone at the destination to accept the order, we will leave a note indicating that the delivery was unsuccessful and the contact information where the product can be collected or inquired about when it will be ready to be delivered if requested by the user.

If the delivery process is delayed due to negligence on the part of the user, an additional charge may be made for this reason.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays or suspension of services due to force majeure, including but not limited to: continuous days of rain affecting the condition of the turf, strikes, fires, natural disasters, epidemics, inability to use transportation or communications, or because legislation prohibits it.

These periods of impediment during which the service cannot be performed will not be counted as such, and the deadline for fulfilling the obligation to deliver the goods or services will be extended.

 

8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

As this is a perishable product, the order may only be cancelled or exchanged at the time of delivery and within the following 24 hours if it shows signs of damage. However, this must be reported in writing, along with a photo showing the poor condition, to the following email address: info@petground.es. The product must be complete and in the same condition as when it was received. The product will be examined, and if there are signs of use, the refund will not be processed.

During the winter, the grass may appear yellowish due to atmospheric conditions. This does not in any way diminish the quality of the grass, as it retains all its properties and maintains the same effect on the animal, which will continue to relieve itself on the grass throughout the four seasons of the year. Therefore, this color is considered completely normal and will not be a reason for return.

Since the grass is 100% natural and grown in the field, it is understandable that certain insects or bugs may appear, a living testament to its freshness and naturalness. These elements are completely harmless to your pet, and therefore will not be a reason for return.

In the event of your pet's illness directly related to the grass (this does not apply to vomiting caused by ingestion of grass, as this is a common practice for animals to purge their stomachs), the product and veterinary costs will only be reimbursed in cases where it is proven that the grass is the sole cause of the animal's illness, that it was previously infected, and that there was no misuse or negligence on the part of the user. In such cases, several similar situations must occur, since the grass is the same for all pets. Therefore, we are not responsible if your pet has a special allergy to our grass species that you have not considered.

If you cancel your order before delivery, we'll refund the amount to the card you used to pay, minus any shipping costs you incur and the cost of collecting the product.

 

9. NOTIFICATIONS

Contacts with PetGround should be sent via the following email address: info@petground.es, including identification details and the reason. A response will be received via this same means within three days of receiving the email.

 

10. DATA PROTECTION

This website complies with the terms of data protection legislation, and you can find information about this in the section of the website called "Privacy Policy."

 

11. REPORTING ILLEGAL AND INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES

This website is aware of the risks and harms of the Internet and, as a result, monitors the content published on it to the extent possible.
