5. E-COMMERCE

5.1 Capacity

The User declares that he or she has the legal capacity to enter into a contract and is over 18 years of age.

5.2 Contractual formalization

The contract will be valid when:

  • Confirm the purchase.
  • PetGround accept the sale.
  • Payment and order confirmation are received.

5.3 Price and availability

If the product is out of stock, you will be notified and can continue or cancel. Prices may change, but confirmed prices will not be affected.

6. PAYMENT

We use PayPal as a secure gateway. In case of security issues or fraud, you will be notified. More information at: www.paypal.com/security

7. DELIVERY

Deliveries only to Spain and Portugal (mainland). Shipping Monday through Wednesday (weather permitting).
Orders placed after 09:00 a.m. are delivered the next day.
Failures in the address or absence of the receiver will imply retry or collection.
We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by force majeure (rain, strikes, etc.).

8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Being a perishable product:

  • It can only be cancelled before delivery.
  • Returns only if it arrives in poor condition (with photo).
  • Returns are not accepted for winter yellowing or natural lawn insects.
  • Refunds will only be made if the grass is proven to have caused harm to the pet.
